ABOUT HEMATITE
Hematite is a stone of stability, grounding and protection. It helps decrease negativity and boost self esteem and self confidence. Hematite helps keep you connected with the earth and protects you in spiritual travels. Also helps with logic, mathematics and organized thinking. Physically it is said to relieve stress and anxiety as well as assist in cleansing the blood. It is helpful to aid memory and a good stone for studies.
